Alcatel Idol 5 - Set up MMS
1. Before you start
This guide will show you how to set up MMS on your phone either by resetting your phone to default MMS settings or by setting up MMS manually.
2. Select Apps
3. Scroll to and select settings
4. Select more
5. Select mobile networks
6. Select access point names
7. Select the menu button
8. Select reset to default
9. Your phone will reset to default internet and MMS settings
MMS problems should be solved at this point.
Please continue the guide if you still cannot send/receive MMS.
10. Select new APN
11. Enter MMS information
12. Scroll down and enter MMS information
Only the values that are highlighted in yellow should be changed.
13. Select the menu button and select save
14. Your phone has now been set up to MMS
