Finding User Credentials
If you have taken a broadband connection from Exeltel but opted not to have a router supplied by us, then you would have been sent your username and password in an email to the address on record from the order point.
If you have lost these you can email [email protected] or call us on 0333 004 0180 to request these.
If it is urgent you need the credentials we would suggest calling us.
